Yes, really.
Built it. Sold it. Acquired.
From scratch to acquisition.
Making AI simple for real people.
Stop right there. AI is not computer code.
AI is a conversation partner, not software you install.
If you can write a postcard, order coffee, or tell a story —
you are overqualified to use AI.
Surprise. These tools already use AI behind the scenes:
AI catches junk mail
AI predicts your query
AI hears your voice
AI picks your shows
You're not starting from zero.
You're leveling up.
AI is a conversation partner that can act like your personal staff:
Reads lots of material fast and gives you the short version in plain English.
Helps write letters, poems, and cards, and can create images from your idea.
Helps spot scams, check suspicious emails, and slow down risky decisions.
The world is full of confusing words.
AI translates "expert talk" into "plain talk."
YOU: "My doctor said I have inner-ear dizziness (BPPV). What does that mean?"
AI: "Small crystals in your inner ear moved out of place, so you feel dizzy when you move your head. It's common and usually improves. Here are simple exercises that can help..."
💡 AI can help you say what's in your heart — it just needs your words to start.
You don't need skills. You just need an idea.

What happens when AI moves from screens into machines?
Home robots that can help with chores like tidying, carrying, and setup tasks.
Cars with stronger AI driving support that can react to road conditions in real time.
Wearable robotics and assistive machines that support balance, walking, and lifting.
AI is moving from apps on screens into tools that can help in the real world.
This is what AI actually saves you:
| Task | Before AI | With AI |
|---|---|---|
| Research Medicare options | 4+ hours | 10 minutes |
| Write a heartfelt letter | 45 minutes (+ stress) | 5 minutes |
| Plan a week-long trip | 2 days | 30 minutes |
| Understand medical results | Confused & worried | Clear & informed |
That's not efficiency. That's freedom.
AI can help you, and it can help scammers too.
So we use simple rules to stay safe.
Here is exactly how.
Both are real. One shows the upside, one shows why safety rules matter.
In Germany's national breast-cancer screening program, AI support helped radiologists find more cancers in women ages 50-69.
Reported result: about 17.6% more cancers detected compared with standard reading.

A U.S. mom received a call with what sounded like her daughter's exact voice saying she had been kidnapped and demanding money.
This is why families need a safe word and a callback plan.

Scammers use AI to clone a loved one's voice, calling you in a panic to demand money.
1. Establish a Safe Word.
2. Ask AI:
"I received a call from someone sounding like my grandson asking for bail money. Is this a known scam?"
Fake videos that look real and push panic or fake money offers.
Verify the Source.
2. Ask AI:
"There is a video circulating of [Politician] saying [Statement]. Is this real or a known deepfake?"
Scam emails that look personal and try to get you to click fast.
Use AI to Catch AI.
Copy the text into ChatGPT and ask:
"Analyze this email text. What are the red flags indicating it might be a scam?"
Calls pretending to be Apple or Microsoft asking for remote access.
Hang Up.
2. Ask AI:
"Does Microsoft ever call customers directly about computer viruses?" (Spoiler: They don't.)
Calls about fake charges or refunds to pressure you into acting fast.
Hang Up Immediately.
Ask AI:
"What is the official fraud department phone number for [Your Bank Name]? I need to verify a call."
When in doubt, use these every single time.
If it feels urgent, slow down first. Urgency is a scammer's favorite tool.
Use a phone number or website you looked up yourself, not what they sent you.
No wire transfers, no gift cards, no crypto, no exception.
A safe word is a private phrase only your family knows. It confirms identity in urgent calls or texts.
How to use it: If someone calls in panic asking for money, ask for the safe word first.
If they can't say it: hang up and call your loved one directly at a number you already trust.
